Privacy policy
How Configrity Limited handles personal data, and the legal information for this website.
Last updated: 31 May 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Configrity Limited ("Configrity", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17237907, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Configrity Limited is the data controller for personal data described in this policy.
2. The data we collect
This website is a static informational site. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking on it, and we do not ask you to create an account or submit forms here.
The only personal data we collect is the information you choose to send us when you contact us by email — for example your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
In addition, when you visit this website, technical request data — including your IP address, browser type, and the page requested — is processed by Cloudflare, Inc., our content delivery network and security provider. This processing is necessary to route your request to our site and to protect it from malicious traffic. Configrity does not separately log or store this data; it is processed by Cloudflare on our behalf (see section 5).
3. How we use your data and our lawful basis
We use the information in your email solely to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about it. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and — where relevant — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
4. Cookies
We do not set first-party cookies. Cloudflare, our infrastructure provider, may set
strictly necessary functional cookies — for example __cf_bm, which helps
distinguish legitimate visitors from automated bots. These cookies are not used for
advertising or cross-site tracking.
Some fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser's request to that service is subject to Google's own privacy practices.
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to operate this website and correspond with you:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — our CDN, security, and hosting provider. All traffic to this website passes through Cloudflare's infrastructure, which processes visitor IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare acts as a data processor on our behalf under a data processing agreement. As a US-based company, Cloudflare may process data outside the UK; they participate in the UK–US Data Bridge and use Standard Contractual Clauses as transfer safeguards. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Our email provider — emails you send to us are stored and processed by our email service provider in order to deliver them to us.
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. How long we keep it
We keep email correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, after which it is deleted in line with our normal retention practices.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights including the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@configrity.com.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
8. Contact
For any questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us at hello@configrity.com or write to us at our registered office above.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
